What “a part of the RGC Insurance Group” means
RGC is the group behind Roscommon Insurance Agency and its sister offices across Northern and West Michigan. The Grosse Pointe office is the group’s presence on the east side. The name on the door is local; the licensing, carrier relationships, service team, claims help and technology are shared. Two members of the group’s team came to agency work from carrier underwriting, which is part of why commercial reviews here go the way they do.
